Valentine’s Day is usually considered a romantic holiday...but let’s be honest, men never get as excited about all the cutesy details as we girls do. So why not throw a party with your best girlfriends and indulge in yummy desserts, pretty flowers, and festively decorated drinks? I think this would be so much fun, whether you’re single or in a relationship! Are any of you doing something similar? What are your plans for tomorrow?
Unfrosted cake (or naked cake, as I like to call it!) is one my latest obsessions. Not only is it super pretty, but think of all the calories you save! Now you can have two pieces...or three ;)
How cute are these macaroons? You could call ahead to see if your bakery will dress up your order with festive X’s and O’s...or hearts, or whatever you please!
Doesn’t that look fun? Keep the guest list to your closest friends, and it won’t be too overwhelming or pricey--even if you go all out with the decor and desserts.
