Did everyone have a good Memorial Day weekend? I hope so! Mine was great--we went to the farmer’s market, ate donuts, played games, made creme brûlée (well, my sister-in-law actually made it, but we blow torched the tops), went for a hike, visited Snoqualmie Falls, worked on projects, did some shopping, had a barbecue…and lots more. It was a very full and refreshing three days! And as promised, I’m back with a great giveaway for you guys. I have this same lamp in my house, and I like it a lot. It’s simple, but still interesting and unique. I could see this lamp working with just about any style of decor!
Here it is in my living room. I’m not sure if this will be it’s permanent home, but I like it for now. It’s nice to not have a table lamp, so there’s room for other things on the side table...like peonies from the farmer’s market!

I always think of wool as being itchy, but this pillow is soooo soft. It has wooden buttons down one side, which I think is supposed to be the back, but I thought they were super cute so I made that side face out. Aren’t those coral peonies so pretty?! I was really excited when I saw all the peonies at the farmer’s market this weekend. They’re my favorite flower.

Great post! I really like the yellow Merilow pillow. Looks very cute and comfy. It is rare to get a real-merino pillow in these days, especially if it is hand-made, as I assume. Have to explore it more!
